This is a 6 berth lodge with wrap round veranda located on Maple Ridge. it has large living area with sofas and dining room table. The kitchen is also in this area so all open plan. Has main bathroom with bath and wall mounted shower. Twin bedded bedroom and a master bedroom with King size bed, a walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom. There is a flat screen TV in lounge and in both bedrooms.  Please note entertainment passes to use the site facilities and bed linen are optional extras.

This is a lovely 6 berth caravan with large veranda. It has gas central heating and double glazing. Everything you you need for a self-catering holiday is in the caravan. You can also enjoy sitting out on the veranda and taking in the East Sussex air.  

Please note to go swimming and enter the entertainment complex in the evening you have to purchase entertainment passes.

Linen is also an optional extra that you can add to your holiday and if you do we make your beds on arrival.

This is a lovely 8 berth caravan located on the inner circle of the Willow Way area of the ParkDean Resort at Camber.  It has one double bedroom with cloakroom ensuite.  Two twin bedded rooms and a sofa bed.  The caravan has all the mod cons including double glazing and gas central heating. 

Linen and Entertainment passes are an optional extra to purchase. If you want to use the swimming pools you will need to purchase entertainment passes and they are also needed for the entertainment complex during the evening.

This is a new 3 bedroom 8 berth caravan with veranda.  One double bedroom, two twin bedded rooms and a sofa bed.  Located on the South Beach Landings area of the ParkDean Resort, Camber.  It's a short walk to the entertainment complex and swimming pools.  The caravan boasts its own parking space, double glazing, central heating and a well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday.  Also has an ensuite bathroom off the main bedroom.

Linen and Entertainment Passes are an optional extra to purchase.

This is an 8 berth caravan with gas central heating and double glazed.  With all the modern amenities our contemporary accommodation will allow you to relax and unwind or you can take 5 minute stroll to the beach with plenty of activities in the area to keep you entertained.

The caravan is fully equipped for your self catering holiday, ie. fridge/freezer, kettles, plates, cutlery etc.

There is plenty of parking directly in front of the property and benefits from being in the quieter and more open part of the park so parking is never normally an issue.

The passes can be provided to our guests a the same price as park as we get them and leave them in the property for you to save you having to queue at reception. If you would like us to provide these please message..  Also we can hire you commercial linen and make the beds up before your arrival.  Again, this is an optional extra.

Our newly refurbished Chalet is of a modern style with plenty of living space on the the Park Dean Holiday Resort walking distance to the beach.

 The kitchen is open planned and has a fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave and a dishwasher. We will provide you with dishwasher tablets for your stay. The bathroom has a shower cubicle with a new MIRA electric shower installed. The kitchen is well equipped for those who want to undertake some cooking. A flat screen TV is on the wall in the lounge. There are two sofas in the lounge, one being a sofa bed for 2 people, but the other sofa is large and very comfortable and a child could easily sleep on this if there were 7 of you. There is wifi on the site which there is a charge for and also passes for the entertainment complex can be purchased at reception.  We also can make your beds for your arrival using our white commercial linen - this is one of our optional extras.

This is a lovely 5 berth Chalet located on the ParkDean Resort at Camber.  The chalet has been updated to a high standard and has all the necessary equipment for your self-catering holiday.  No pets are allowed in this chalet.   Linen is an optional extra you can purchase and we will make your beds for your arrival.

The chalet has a double bed, a single bed and bunk beds.

Entertainment passes are available from the site or we can purchase them for you.  These allow you to go into the entertainment complex at night and for swimming.  Access to the entertainment complex is during the day does not need a pass.

Ashview 18 (A18) is our latest edition to our range of accommodation - available for 2025. It has its own allocated disabled bay outside the chalet. It is double glazed. Consists of a kingsize bedroom with TV. Double bedroom with TV and the 3rd bedroom as Triple bunks. All mod cons in the kitchen which also includes a washing machine, air fryer. All rooms are heated via oil filled radiators - no gas all electric. The chalet has its own front door and to the rear are double French doors leading to back of the chalet with plenty of outdoor space. Ideally located for ease of access to all amenities, i.e. swimming pol and entertainment complex.

Our prices are for accommodation only. We do hire linen and if you purchase this we will make the beds for your arrival. Entertainment passes can also be purchased.
